
STEAMING PROCESS
Quodpod™ is currently working with MGS to optimise the steam heating of Quodpod™ dishes in the induction oven.
The twinned dishes are self-stacking inside the reservoir, fitting four meals per shelf. Once the oven is activated the water in the reservoir is rapidly boiled and steams the dishes inside. Current cooking times are approximately 12 minutes, versus about 25-30 minutes for conventional ovens.
The twinned dishes are designed with an easy-lift handle in the centre to facilitate quick and easy handling by crew during meal service.
